We accept files created with all major design software, including
QuarkXPress, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PDF files

You can send us your files on CD, DVD, DVD-RAM, floppy, or Zip disk

If you'd like to save some time and send your files over the internet
you can use either email or FTP. Email is fine for smaller files, but FTP
is preferred for files over 5MB. We request that you compress your
files to either a .sit(x) or a .zip file.

FTP information

• 1st compress your files down into one .zip or .sit(x) file. You can't upload folders to our FTP site, it has to be just a single file.

• 2nd using an FTP client, not a web browser, put ftp.amidongraphics.com in for the hostname, and leave the username and password blank.

• 3rd you should see four folders. Drop your file on the incoming folder.

Notes:

• There are many FTP clients out there and any of them should work. We use CyberDuck on the Mac and FileZilla for Windows because they are free and open source.

• If your FTP client doesn't like having the username and password left blank, use anonymous as both the username and the password.

• The incoming folder is a blind drop box, so if you actually go into the folder you will either see nothing or a message telling you that a file listing is not allowed.
